This pair was enjoying a long nuzzle and cuddle on my kitchen window sill this morning until they sensed me aiming my camera at them and then abruptly parted.
Not so lovely when you make the mistake of pitching a tent under a colony of these birds as I had done a few years ago in Queensland. I woke up the next day to find the tent completely covered in crap. Fortunately, it was not my tent.
